We grow three varieties of Olives;

Frontoio (Italian Origin) - Mellow yet fruity and rich with substance!
Koroneiki (Greek Origin) - A fuller flavour thats a little spicy with a peppery bite! Delicious!
J5 (A true Northland Oil) - Full flavoured & delicious!

We bought the trees in Kerikeri. Planted them about 6 years ago.
Our oil is 100% pure Parua Bay NZ. Nothing added. Nothing blended.
Next harvest(March/April) the olives will be gently carried at most 50m to the shed where we will press them ourselves within moments of picking them. It couldn't be fresher or purer.
